ChesapeakeRags Bay Lady (Chessie) was born April 26, 2008.  Chessie is a perfectly marked blue mitt with a small blaze.  Chessie's first show (Kitten Class) will be at the Lehigh Valley show on October 4th & 5th.  Chessie will be available as a show/alter after this show.

BUYERS BEWARE!

Almost every day, the news reports on kennels and catteries that are nothing more than puppy/kitty mills.  BEFORE purchasing any pet, check out the breeder by visiting their facility.  Are the animals all caged?  Do they look sickly?  Can the breeder furnish health certificates from reputable certified veterinarians?  Read carefully what they say on their website.  A breeder that breeds for a "hobby" does not normally have a multitude of males and females; nor do they have multiple litters at one time.  It is almost impossible to give 20 to 30 kittens the attention they need to be properly socialize with humans.  If you find a breeder that you like, but they don't have the pet you are looking for, ask if they can refer you to another breeder.  And remember, if you are offended by a breeder, don't buy their kitten or puppy.  There are always other breeders out there ready to work with you in finding the perfect pet for you and your family.

A $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your pet quality kitten.  Shipping is available.  All kittens go to their new homes with a three year from date of birth guarantee against life threatening genetic defects and illnesses.  All kittens are spayed/neutered prior to leaving the cattery.
